The day I’ll die

I wish when the death arrives

And knocks on my door

The day when my body

Cold and dry

Rests in peace

In the small wooden coffin.

I wish I’d be late,

In love,

Reminiscing,

Content with the time I spent

A little drunk on the tears

That slipped through your eyes

And I wish to come back

If there’s any afterlife.
